From C. to You is a letter that feels like a confession. In a dark, large room, shadows and suggestions belonging to a shared unconscious follow one another. Fragmented images come to life, guided by phrases and questions that shine on a display. They are random thoughts that could belong to any of us. They are the words we choose not to say all those times we decide to turn off that annoying little voice in our heads.
A man completely naked from behind, a return to the primordial, an absence of social superstructures. Is he Cain? Adam? Abel? A jukebox of thoughts that come and go on wrong frequencies. Fragments of dances, words, and songs without any continuity.
What is violence? What is violent? Who is? What we see reflected in the mirror is what we want to see, not reality; what we see in the other is our own reconfiguration, we create new identities. It is the place where the thoughts we don’t confess to anyone end, a journey into the labyrinth of an ordinary man’s mind, a moving stream of consciousness that challenges the voyeurism of the audience.
To bring to light what should remain in the dark.
One can flee from any instinct and thought.
