Lost Movement presents: Eco.Ri.Su.Mo
The Lost Movement Company is pleased to announce the new project created in synergy with the goals of Milano Dancing City, the dance promotion project created by ArteMente – Professional Dance Training Center.
As part of the #mostramiladanza action, aimed at creating participatory and stimulating experiences for a transversal audience within the main city museums, “Eco.Ri.Su.Mo” was born: a site-specific performance created by Nicolò Abbattista and Christian Consalvo for the MUBA, the Children’s Museum of the City of Milan, more particularly for the spaces of REMIDA Milano, a cultural project of sustainability, creativity and research on corporate waste materials, born in Reggio Emilia and today widespread in 15 centers around the world.
The performance is focused on ecology, as also suggested by the Italian keywords merged into the title: Ecology, Recycle, Sound, Movement.
Plastic bottles, vases, caps, tubes, containers become alive thank to the dancers’ movement (Chiara Borghini, Enrico Luly, Francesca Lastella and Giovanni Careccia), creating imaginaries, movements and spatial relationships and investigate the hard relation between humans and nature.
The performance will be staged on Friday the 21th of January 2022 at 6:15 pm, following a workshop held by the educators of the center and will be dedicated to 6-8 year old children.
