MULTIVERSO: four companies and four languages for an exploration of contemporary space
MULTIVERSO is a project based on the concept of knowledge as a tool to create a network of cultural dialogue between Italy and other countries: Slovakia, France, Scotland and the United Kingdom, allowing the involved artists to broaden their horizons and their research and practices with the aim of intertwining cultural tradition and innovation. Promoters of the project are the four Italian companies Cornelia Dance Company, Equilibrio Dinamico, Create Danza and Lost Movement, supported by the Ministry of Culture as part of Boarding Pass Plus – Danza – Linea B 2022/2023/2024, a project aimed at knowledge and international exchange among artists.
The result of the artistis’ research will be staged at the Teatro in Bari on Sunday the 17th of September at 7.30 pm for a shared evening dedicated to contemporary dance. The event will be held with the support of ResExtensa – ‘Porta D’Oriente’ Centro Nazionale di Produzione della Danza.
The evening will be preceded by a free workshop, held by the artists of the various companies, and aimed at students and dancers who want to approach and engage with contemporary languages.
