CHRISTIAN CONSALVO
Artistic Director & Dramaturg
Freelance author and dramaturg, he graduated from a Professional Dance Academy in Milan and over the years has deepened his studies in contemporary dance, theatre, video editing, communication and entertainment organization. Since 2012 he has danced in the company Lost Movement becoming in 2015 co-author, director, dramaturg and then Artistic Director. Since 2014 he has been the founder of FLIC – Festival Lanciano In Contemporanea, a dance and multidisciplinary festival supported by the Ministry of Culture. Since 2015, together with Nicolò Abbattista, he has been founder and Educational Director of ArteMente, Higher Education Center for Dance in Milan. Since 2019 he has been one of the founders of Milano Dancing City, recognized as dance promotion and audience development project by the Ministry of Culture.
NICOLÒ ABBATTISTA
House Choreographer
Graduated from the MAS Professional Academy and in Communication and Psychology at the University of Milan Bicocca, in 2011 Nicolò founded the contemporary dance company Lost Movement, becoming House Choreographer. Over the years he deepened his research on contemporary languages and was selected for the Choreographic Masters promoted by Fondazione Nazionale della Danza / Aterballetto (2017 and 2021). In 2015, together with Christian Consalvo, he founded in Milan ArteMente, Higher Education Center for Dance, becoming Artistic Director. Since 2019 he has been one of the founders and the project manager of Milano Dancing City, recognized as dance promotion and audience development project by the Ministry of Culture. Since 2022 he has been in charge of the curatorship of the dance section of FLIC – Festival Lanciano In Contemporanea, a dance and multidisciplinary festival supported by the Ministry of Culture.
CHIARA BORGHINI
Production & Distribution
She graduated with honors first in Humanities and Communication, at the University of Florence and subsequently in the master’s degree course in Cinema and Performing Arts at the University of Turin. Since 2017 she has been Assistant Director of the ArteMente, Higher Education Center for Dance. Since 2019 she has been one of the founders of Milano Dancing City, a dance promotion and audience education project recognized by the Ministry of Culture. In 2021 she founded the social promotion association Radic’Arte, with the aim of enhancing the territory and promote the dance.
GIOVANNI CARECCIA
Techincal Director & Creative Manager
After graduating from high school, Giovanni acquired various skills by attending courses in event organization, visual arts, brand identity, web design and videomaking. In 2018 he graduated from ArteMente, Higher Education Center for Dance in Milan, subsequently becoming its Assistant Director. Since 2022 he has been responsible for the communication of the following projects: dance card, supported by the Lombardy Region and the Cariplo Foundation, 90/91: Shall We Dance? within the Milano è Viva municipality program, and the FLIC – Festival Lanciano in Contemporanea, a multidisciplinary festival supported by the Ministry of Culture. Since 2019 he has been one of the founders of Milano Dancing City, a dance promotion and audience education project recognized by the Ministry of Culture.
FILIPPO RIPAMONTI
Composer
Composer/producer based between Milan and the Lakes area, he began studying music from the age of six through the study of the guitar. Filippo began his academic research with piano and percussion, obtaining a laurea degree in Music for Images.
This legacy as a multi-instrumentalist gave him the right tools for composition. In 2017 he began studying composition for multimedia, cinema and television. He has always shown a great curiosity for hybrid sounds: from ethnic and classical music to concrete and synthetic music.
Filippo has always been part of the live scene, which ranges from teenage prog-metal bands to classical timpani orchestras, to live electronic music and DJing. The main focus of his research is music for multimedia, the search for new sounds and the combination of musical forms.
SARA PRANDONI

Out of passion, study and personal attitude, she has been involved in communication and media relations for over 10 years in her two sectors of choice, culture and fashion, making her background in the production of events an important plus in her career. Among her collaborations there are theatres, artists, companies, foundations, public and private bodies for which she deals with the communication of festivals, shows, presentations, fashion shows, charity events.

Light Designer
His favorite quote is “First, I make things clear” and how could it be otherwise given his passion for lights!
Light designer of theatrical and live shows, Ilario is always looking for innovative techniques to enrich the performances with suggestive light effects, with games of shadows and colors, with details that make the difference.
